FAQ Pricing on CADFLIX

How Subscriptions Work

CADflix is based on a subscription license model, meaning every user who requires access to Cadflix must have a valid subscription license. The subscription license controls your access, what content you can launch and the features available for you to use (for you and your users.)

Subscription Terms and Basics

  • Each user must have a subscription assigned in order to login.
  • The subscriptions assigned to a user are not transferrable.
  • Logins are not to be shared between users. Each user is required to have a unique named-user login that is only assigned to themselves.
  • There are no region or territory restrictions
  • Once a subscription expires, if you renew, CADFLIX can reset the subscription access for you to reassign to a new set of users, if choose to do so.
  • No active subscription. No access will be allowed and you will be directed to your account owner.
  • Subscription pricing will remain consistent as along as you keep active by renewing your subscription. Once you subscription expires, you will be required to make a new purchase and could potentially require new pricing models or payment options.
  • If a user does not log in for 30-days or more and has less than one-hour of accumulated training, CADFLIX User Management Tools will allow you to remove the old user and reassign the subscription to a newly created user.
  • Additional requests for license reassignment will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Cancel a Subscription

If you have completed your training and want to cancel your subscription auto-renewal of CADFLIX and purchased CADFLIX through credit card or PayPal, you can cancel your automated subscription renewal at anytime. The changes will take into effect at your next bill due date, meaning you wouldn’t be charged for another month or year of access if you cancel.

  1. Login as the user with the owner role. For individual users that purchased themselves, this is automatically assigned to you.
  2. Select Subscriptions from the top-navigation bar (or select Account > Payment Details from the navigation sidebar.) If you don’t see the Subscriptions link at the top, you are not the owner. Please contact support then.
  3. Click on the Payment Details button.
  4. This will launch our e-commerce portal into a new browser tab. If you have active subscriptions under Subscriptions, click on Cancel to stop further automated billing payments.
  5. Close the browser tab and return to CADFLIX.
  6. You can continue to use CADFLIX until your renewal date passes. Remember, you can always return at a later date and repurchase for additional training we offer.

NOTE: Once you cancel, you are also giving up any old grandfathered pricing that you maybe currently on. We keep users on that same pricing model if prices change until they cancel and expire.

NOTE: Once you cancel your subscription, that means you are cancelling the auto-renewal billing for the next term. You can not cancel and receive partial credit or refund for the remaining time left until your next bill due date.
